About Bloggerhythms
Bloggerhythms grew out of my love of popular music and features CD reviews, concert reviews, and articles of general interest on a wide range of musical topics.
By April 2005 I had accumulated an abundance of reviews and articles that I had written for various websites including a small site that I built myself. As it grew in size the website became too time consuming and difficult to manage so, after looking for a much easier and more efficient way to consolidate everything, Bloggerhythms was born. Since its inception I've posted many additional articles and CD reviews. I hope you find them enjoyable, and if not, I hope you are at least able to find them informative.
I will write a negative review of a concert or CD if I feel one is warranted. However, it's always easier for me, and more rewarding, to write about the music I love more than the stuff I don't like. Therefore, you will find that most of the reviews and articles posted on here will be on the positive side.
My tastes run toward rock (mostly classic and baby boomer rock but some modern stuff always manages to find its way here), Celtic rock, mainstream jazz, and some alternative country, the kind country radio does not play.
In August 2008, Bloggerhythms placed at #87 on a list of the top 100 music related blogs according to Alexa, a web ranking service. Check out the entire list.
The Bloggerhythms banner and logo were created by Peggy Larson of Houston, TX.
No animals were harmed in the making of this website.
